The Law determines, that the community venues for religious practice and prayers exist according to the social contract of NON-discrimination practices against select groups of individuals. 

Additionally, since clean, free of toxicants air isn’t a luxury, but a human right, the lack of compliance to declaring FRAGRANCE FREE conditions is the discriminatory access barrier, when it comes to making accessible public spaces for victims of painful MCS/MULTIPLE CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY, who lost their tolerance to normalized toxicants,

Fragrance isn’t essential, since one can use scent free products, on the other hand, the presence of fragrance in the air, based on hazardous petrochemicals, makes intolerable for approximately 35% of population such communal spaces, that fail to comply with above laws and in violation of human rights.

Furthermore, retaliation to ADA accommodations for MCS victims is unlawful in addition to being cruel, abhorrent and immoral violation of human rights. 

1. FAILURE OF PUBLIC HEALTH DISCLOSURE: Consumers had been misled for decades by public health agencies about various consumer products with proven toxicants. Impunity and bribery in the form of political campaign contributions encouraged for culture of moral atrocity, based on warped values, leading to betrayal of the key personal and communal asset - community health!  And fragrance is one of such examples, since their ingredients are not required to be disclosed, in violation of Law.  
   
2. SIMILAR TOXICITY OF FRAGRANCE AND SMOKING DEMAND FOR SIMILARLY RIGOROUS BAN OF BOTH: Public health agencies failed their responsibility to inform the public that despite the misleading and addictive nature, fragrance is toxic, and it contains 🔺431 harmful components, that are shared with cigarette smoke. And the impacts of it on the public can and should be compared to the dangers of 2nd hand smoking and should be banned.   🔺For example: If smoking is banned in the spaces of worship, than fragranced products are to be banned for the same health reasons as well - see below 👇flyer with related research. If smoking is banned in educational and medical facilities, at work, in theaters, libraries, public markets, shared outdoors venues for communal uses, the same ban should be instituted for fragrance.
3. AT THE TIME OF RISING EPIDEMIC OF ENVIRONMENTAL ILLNESS, TOXIC FRAGRANCE IS THE ETHICS TEST FOR SERVING, AS BEACON OF HIGH VALUES FOR THE COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION WIRH RELIGIOUS ORIENTATION: Since consumers had been left on their own to make sense about the issue of toxic fragrance, it became the test for high morals and ethics, since religious organizations have to act according to their announced purpose - to serve as the beacon of progressive change from the widespread dangerous Blindspots, such as the society wide health hazard of the addiction to toxic fragrance.
   

When we enter a public space for religious practices, we assume that they will be safe for health. And, they should be compliant to the research, that informs THE PUBLIC, that the uses of fragranced products should be banned, despite their uses for key rituals, like scented candles, and so on, and replaced with fragrance free alternatives.

Just like smoking, fragrance contains many harmful (for ALL!) ingredients with impact of 🔺 hormone disruption and other hazardous cumulative effects. Thus, presence of fragrance in the shared air creates the obstacle to such essential requirement, making clergy and administration personally responsible to attend this matter, due to position of authority. And accommodation of such requests calls for accompanying apology for inconvenience and gratitude, at least when their attention is pointed to the problem by intolerant to toxicants MCS victims with the Gift for community to detect and avoid chemical hazards, harmful for ALL, but hard to identify for majority of people.

In the face of the legacy of corruption in regulations for Health and Safery Standards, individuals with PAINFUL MCS GIFT should be praised and guarded by their community leaders for their ability to detect and avoid harmful for all toxicants. And in the context of collective Blindspot that brought humanity to rapid rise of environmental illness pandemic and onset of human extinction just a few decades away, victims of MCS are proponents of environmental justice for ALL and deserve to be praised for serving community safety. And such attitude should be set as the example for pursuing the universal benefits by the clergy, staff and lay leadership, along with their duty 

1. to instruct their maintenance staff about importance of selection of the safe, fragrance free products for uses with communal impacts, and 
2. to encourage the entire community to practice scent free lifestyle - good for them and good for ALL around them, including MCS victims of lost tolerance to normalized toxicants 

And when above fails to manifest at the public venues, intended to serve the community, as the places for worship and practice of ideas beneficial for all, the spiritual leaders’ betrayal of high values serves as the terrible example to follow, while turns religious community into the source of EVIL and institutionalized standards for incivility in the community. Thus, such ethical violations that lead to suffering from health impacts, are the grounds for serious personal and community responsibility for cruel human rights violations and related emotional distress.

😩And to illustrate these abstract concepts, we are both sad and privileged to use most pitiful examples of ethical decline in the community leadership of city of Malibu in California. In fact, the life stories of suffering from unspeakable incivilities and hate crimes are hard to believe, but sadly, are real and well documented, due to consistent gaslighting and slander, used as the weapon of notorious campaign of retaliatory against our very special and distinguished contributor - Ms Rozalina Gutman. She is multidisciplinary scholar, interested in brain optimization through music, internationally recognized music instructor, who was featured at international conferences for her unique method for fostering prodigious success in young students, and she is the author of rather unique publication on paradoxes of the human mind, reflected through visionary music of J.S.Bach

Such impact of isolation and persecution by witch hunt of change makers is in dire conflict with the essence of religious pillars for promotion of high moral and ethical values, personal growth over incivilities, strive for conscious practice of kindness and compassion - the very reasons, these institutions declared to gain support with significant tax benefits by the government. But their traditional role in ushering social coherence is tested daily with such issues, as the existential task of health related challenge, such as access barrier of toxic fragrance normalized by corruption to the degree of morphed perception, including DEACTIVATED PAIN ALARMS TO TOXICITY
