Meanwhile, police report had not been released deliberately!  But the fake “investigation” report issued on 8.10.26 signed by captain Carr, claims that nothijg was done wrong by these criminal minds, thus providing written evidence for encouraging and condoning the hate crimes, that aimed at MURDER ☠️ of  Rozalina Gutman.

But below video evidence proves, that a month prior to ambush of her, on 05.08.26 biased officer Wright threatened to cause harm by taking away her car, serving as only tolerable shelter (see video below👇👇) in retaliation to her illness, instead of required relevant assistance by their cronies-affiliates

And in order to gaslight and incriminate her, on 6.14.202, they acted contrary to logic general and to her  medical bracelet warning, in order to use BOGUS excuse to ambush her with brutal force, while enacting earlier threat (see footage below👇👇)

And they gleefully engaged into premeditated acts of harm and torture to disabled by severe illness, distinguished teacher, concert pianist, author, presenter/organizer of local/global events and brain/music scholar - left with no relevant help for her urgent disability needs by affiliated agencies, while lying aboit just the contrary.  

These officers personally  knew of her illness, and yet used torturous, intolerable toxic exposure, in order to cause deliberately 💔 HEART ATTACK, followed by avoiding to call ambulance.  

The unwarranted tow of her car ruined its old and fragile mechanism completely… Thus, Ms. Rozalina Gutman urgently needs assistance in finding alternative VEHICLE - that must be scent free, used, older, but in good functional condition, with reasonable milage.

Instead of logical investigation, unhinged policemen acted in dire violations of health regulations: they drove her personally to hospital and they had the aim - By using lies for planting bias among ER personnel for forceful use of intolerable medication.  Such life threat, yelled at her and repeated with terrible hostility, forced her to flee from  corrupted by lies  and bias ER doctor, who failed to merely ask and to reflect in triage her medical complaints and symptoms. Suddenly, he acted recklessly, and he became completely dismissive of her past history of dangerously adverse effect of meds, while refusing to abide by the oath to “do no harm!” Instead of requesting for her medical history for expert MD, he ridiculed her suffering, despite the treats, and dismissed the patient’s vital interest…

In response to her complaints for her right hand TURNING BLUE from deliberately torturously painful handcuffing, ER doctor replied with senseless cruelty: “You are here not for that!”

This followed by the shocking aftermath of cover up.  Her many attempts to start fair investigation followed by cancellation  of investigator assignment on her case, with no reason fot actions, along with no chance to provide video evidence of all these horrendous crimes for the blunt coverup of misconduct and violations of duties of the 1st responders, along with refusal to provide records (POLICE REPORT with deliberately FALSE accusations) for premediated and malicious criminalization strive to excuse the inexcusable avoidance of ambulance call, in denial of medical alert bracelet. 

 That is how public servants perceived their duty to assist disabled by MCS, insightful, exceptionally kind, gifted and virtuous woman, who acts as the advocacy voice for chemical safety for voiceless children, including THEIR OWN offsprings

Earlier, on August 25,2025  officer Espinoza refused to conduct the false arrest of Rozalina Gutman, based on bogus accusations, that followed her plea to City council Haylynn Conrad for help interfering with ongoing and current hate crimes by City park maintenance employees Dannie Delsi and his supervisor Andrew Belter, who had created hostage situation, by refusing access to electrical charging station for charging phone during mobility crisis situation, caused by rodent squirrel, resulting from their mismanagement of park (in July 2025).  Their animosity had formed in response to her pleas to avoid using toxic conveniences, but they dismissed them. And she begged for appointing someone local to open gates and bathroom of the park ON TIME, but  they showed their “hospitality” by retaliating with making it completely inaccessible.

Also during mobility crisis in July 2025, other city employees from Public safety dept headed by Luis Flores eagerly joined their cronies and “helped”… by pressuring and bulling Ms. Rozalina Gutman, and coerced to sign misleading and fraudulent documents from affiliates of crisis solution agency People’s Concern, that adamantly refused to since 2022 obtain her  MCS diagnosis from expert MD.  But since she refused to substitute her real illness with  suggested in documents subscription to fraud, cruel liars entered MEDICAL FRAUD into electronic chart nevertheless.  

However, Ms. Rozalina Gutman detected the undeniable evidence for cruel crime of liars.  And she through the wrench to disable perfected by them mechanism of notorious lies for laying out the path to the DEATH ROW MACHINE for MCS victims - by exposing its key element - their MEDICAL FRAUD⚠️.

Ms. Gutman’s contribution of her intellectual leadership in finding liars’ Blindspot allows to stop otherwise perfected systemic legalization of malicious extermination of MCS victims, made vulnerable and weakened by painful and severe illness, that had been routinely ridiculed and denied, involving conspiracy of staff of several affiliated agencies, funded with public taxpayer donations

But Officers Wright &Lave still continued to use bogus 911 call for “hit and run” as axcuse for their premeditated ambush. They had no interest in investigating the real crime EXTORTION against elderly woman, despite Ms Gutman’s pleas to submit her video  she brought to show to police, VS false accusations of “running away from the crime scene”. Officer lied: She was AT THE SCENE, but forced to be at safe distance from bullies, while hoping to report to police the crime against HER. A week after heart attack caused by torture of policemen, Ms. Gutman was too traumatized  and in too much pain from surviving such ordeal,, making to dangerous for her to re-engage with the subject of power abuse by police. Thus, she was unable to engage into appearance the scheduled for her appeal court hearing of the retaliatory Stop sign ticket by the officer Kelly who lied and refused to admit his failed duty for assuring for safety of intersection where leaf blower operator threatened with dust cloud people with respiratory health issues. She discussed at length her suffering from severe respiratory condition as a part of MCS illness, along with making recording. But written claims of liar officer stated that he did not know of illness. He abused trust and misled the court, and court officials failed to serve Justice, since likely they did not take time to view his body cam video and missed this blunt lie under oath by officer Kelly.
